In addition to sponsored events and activities, here are the fundraisers throughout the year that help support our students, teachers, and the whole Fountain Hills Unified School District. We hope you will take advantage of these “fun” fundraisers!
Our largest (and most fun for adults) fundraiser is our annual PTO Gala. This is a very special event that is held each year as a way to celebrate the parents and local community who support our organization. Usually held in February or March each year, this event includes live and silent auctions, dinner, music, dancing and more!
Our parents love the convenience of being able to order the exact school supplies that their students need, while also raising money for the school! If we reach our sales goal, then EPI will donate $200 to our school, so every order counts. This fundraiser happens at the end of the school year for orders for the following year.
This year’s event is going virtual! We’ll have our own storefront for you to order online and get your candy delivered right to your door. This is a great way to purchase gifts or show your appreciation, all while raising funds for the PTO! Share the link with friends, relatives, neighbors, and co-workers. This is by far a favorite event for our students! They love being able to choose gifts for the very special people in their lives. And it’s a great fundraiser for us too. This year’s event is for one day and is open to the entire community! See the 2020 event details.
The Annual Scholastic Book Fair is a much-anticipated event for the entire district. Each year we choose a theme and decorate the libraries so that the students feel like they are stepping into a whole new world. They get so excited about the new books that will be available to them year after year.

The APEX team of athletes does the heavy lifting and teaches PBIS-based leadership lessons. Each day during the Drive, they combine fitness, fundraising and leadership into a powerful united event that builds students’ character education. There is an easy online platform to collect pledges using your child’s specific access code that will be given out the first day of the Drive. You’ll have access to the platform throughout the two weeks so sponsors can make contributions on behalf of your student.
The easiest way to support our schools is to become a PTO member. For only $20 you’ll get an incredible discount card that could save you hundreds of dollars throughout the year. Thank you to our PTO Discount Card sponsors, we couldn’t do it without you!
This year we’re going virtual! From July 27th until August 14th, you’ll be able to donate here on our website through PayPal. Our new sponsor, Michael J. Maroon, will be giving us the opportunity for our highest match yet! If we can raise $2,000k, he’ll match it with $1,500! Help us make this our most successful coin drive yet.
